We are pleased to welcome Violet Hayes, Executive Director of the Island Crisis Care Society and co-chair of the Oceanside Task Force on Homelessness here in Parksville, to share with us about what is being done to tackle homelessness and other issues in our community, especially through the upcoming grand opening of Orca House later this month.
