Oceanside Community Church recently adopted an abuse prevention policy (through Plan to Protect) to protect the vulnerable people who attend our church. Having these policies in place builds trust with our community, and a high standard of care will show our community that our church is a safe space and that ministry personnel and volunteers are safe people.
Plan to protect training is being provided to all ministry personnel and volunteers who work with vulnerable people. Training sessions are available at the following times:
June 10, 2023 - 9am - 12pm June 11, 2024 - 6pm - 9pm
