Hi Friends, I am currently in the southern region of Brazil in the city of Curitiba, the capital of the state of Paraná. A little more than an hour and a half flight south from here is the state of Rio Grande do Sul. This is the state in this region that has been hit hard by the ongoing historic floods that have been going on for the last month and a half. Next week, I will be making my way to the CADI office in this region from where we have been sending the relief items donated by a couple of our partnering churches in Canada to help the victims of the floods. Please, pray for the families that we have been able to help and for the population of the state of Rio Grande do Sul that God will protect them and somewhat bring good and restoration to them out of this catastrophic situation.
